Deadlines for applications are 1st January, 1st May and 1st September each year.
To make an application, please either download, print, complete and return our pdf application form, or submit your completed online application form below. Please note that if you choose to complete the online application form, you will also be required to email a copy of last year’s accounts to enquiries@alvechurchet.org.uk. Your application will not be considered until you have sent a copy of your organisation’s accounts.
Please ensure you have fully read the qualifying criteria before you apply. Any queries regarding eligibility should be directed to enquiries@alvechurchet.org.uk in the first instance.
Please note that whether or not you are awarded a grant by the Trustees will depend upon the information you have provided. Failure to fully complete the application form or to provide sufficient information may well affect the Trustees’ decision.
